Return and Refund Policy

At Golden Clutches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, please contact us at support@goldenclutches.store. We will guide you through the exchange process.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@goldenclutches.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
